Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.  

Please bring your own mat, all other props are provided.

Please ensure you book in advance to avoid disappointment. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy so please try to cancel in advance. If you cancel before 12 hours, your credits will automatically be refunded to your account.
